Dress to look young? Well think about it, how are you normally dressed? How do you normally present yourself to others? Unknowingly, a lot of us have been wearing clothes that made us appear older than we actually are, especially due to the nature of our work.

To maintain a youthful look, a lot of women have invested heavily on skin care products. Many at times neglecting the very basic, the clothing they wore everyday, the way they are dressed. Some due to their profession didn't even realize that all these while; they are actually dressing to look old! Anti-ageing cream simply won't just do magic to them.

To look young and pretty isn't really that difficult. All you need is to spend a little time & effort, giving yourself a little touch up.

Tips:
Try out a new hairstyle. Visit a hairdresser, they will be able to advise and styled your hair to suit you, bringing out that radiant in you.

If you are still wearing glasses, why not give it a try with contact lens? You can have excellent peripheral vision and at the same time, ease, comfort and convenience. Not forgetting to mention, a more youthful look. Don't you love the way you naturally look without your glasses?

Put on some light makeup to help lift your face, bringing out that natural beauty in you. Do however avoid too heavy a makeup; a heavy eye makeup tends to add ages to the look.

Try out new styles; add a little color to your daily wear. Yes, appropriate dressing for work is important, especially when your job involves frequent meeting with clients. But still, that doesn't mean that you have to stick to the same old boring dull clothing everyday. Well, as long as they are not too short, too tight, too revealing and too bright, you can still have fun with mixing and matching while maintaining your professional image.

For instance, instead of the usual dull black pants & skirt, you can also go for a Glencheck Pants, Ice Blue Cotton Flare Leg Pants, a Pink Stretch Twill Pencil Skirt, White Pleated knee Skirt?

Matching them with Yellow Stretch Corduroy Belted Blouse, Mint Chiffon V-neck Blouse, a White, Blue & Red Stripe Button Front Shirt? Perhaps even a Blue Dot Capsleeve Jersey Dress?

Many work place, has nonetheless also adopted the idea of a Casual Friday. A printed tee with faded stretch denim jean? Why Not? Well and of course not forgetting the weekends. A Sporty & Youthful look? It's your weekend you call the shots!

Hmm? Save the best for the last? Well, there's no need to wait for any special occasion to doll yourself up. You deserve to look your best everyday. Last but not least, put on a smile?

10 THINGS TO GET OLDER QUICKLY

Unconsciously we often do unhealthy habitual which obviously can accelerate the process of aging. Identifying your unhealthy habitual and trying to cope with. Here are the 10th points that make us look older:

1. Over stress
Formerly, we knew that over stress could reduce our body endurance, increase the risk of heart disease, and made us feel uncomfortable. Over stress can accelerate early aging as well. Mothers whose children with chronic disease tend to experience stress and extreme early aging.

The quick way to overcome stress is conducted by taking a deep breath, called as diaphragmatic respiration. For a long term, spend your time to do things that can decrease your stress.

2. Alcoholic drink
Women should limit their selves to drink liquor. Health problems such as heart attack, liver cancer, throat cancer, and breast cancer can occur from our habit to drink excessive liquor.

3. Less on movement
With some activities, we can extend our life; reduce our overweight, relax your muscle due to stress, and prevent Alzheimer disease. The first thing you have to do is to make a promise with yourself that you will be more active. Park your car far from the entrance, use the stairs instead of lift, do an exercise / gym, walk for 30 minutes or five times or more in a week.

4. Consuming fatty food
Consuming fatty food excessively can increase cholesterol level and stimulate heart disease. Get accustomed to consuming non-cholesterol food and low fat food.

Tips: Measure fat consumption, not more (or less) than10% of the entire calories.

5. Smoking
In order to prevent cancer risk and wrinkle occurs at an early age, we can change smoke by nicotine-tasted chewy gum.

6. Breathing in polluted air
Air pollution evokes cough and eye irritated, in which it’s related to asthma and bronchitis. Try to stay in room or at home as much as possible if air pollution turns in high.

7. Excessive exposure to sunlight
Restrict yourself from sun exposure and apply a moisturizer with sunscreen of at least SPF 15 in order to prevent the risk of skin cancer and wrinkle.

8. Lack of sleep
Lack of sleep is related to obesities, diabetes, high blood tempered and memory problem. Keep away from television and other electronic devices that can disturb the composure in your bedroom. Re-arrange your bedroom and create a comfortable-atmosphere bedroom with a dimmed light.

9. Overweight
A healthy body requires a minimum amount of fat for the proper functioning of the hormonal, reproductive, and immune systems, as thermal insulation, as shock absorption for sensitive areas, and as energy for future use. But the accumulation of too much storage fat can impair movement and flexibility, and can alter the appearance of the body. Overweight can cause the likely of having heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Based on recent research, kinds of conducted diet are less important if it is compared to your commitment to do diet more discipline.

10. Consuming too much sugar
Consuming too much sugar can increase your weight and likely to have heart disease. Nutritionists recommended to maintain additional sugar in snack / food and cookies up to 12 teaspoons per day on diet with 2200 calories. Besides, change the sweet food into fruits and fresh vegetables.
